Price and Payment
Both our technique and location advantage ensure the price to be competitive and discounts are available for volume purchases. All our quotations written or verbal are valid for 1 month from the date of the quote. Custom orders will be priced per provided specifications. Terms of payment for all invoices are net 30 days upon establishment of open account.
Delivery and Stock
The standard delivery time is from 2-4 weeks depending on specifications required by customers. All delivery of goods is made by DHL¡¢UPS¡¢FedEx¡¢TNT or as your request. Relative shipping charges will be paid by buyers or added to the invoice unless otherwise specified. Annual warehouse stock requirement from customer is accepted and delivery could be made in batches, other stock availability need to be checked and confirmed at the time.
Warranty Term
Warranty period is for sixty days from the date of delivery. We guarantee that all products will meet agreed specifications. Should a discrepancy occur, a return material authorization number (RMA#) must be obtained prior to return of project. This warranty extends to the purchase value only, and material found defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Customer furnished material for fabrication and/or coating is warranted for the value of the work performed only. There is no liability assumed for the value of the material furnished |
